Design

Structural detailing

This video is compiled from various construction sites for supervision and quality assurance of the work. It documents the different stages of the project, from design to execution. The focus is on monitoring the materials used, ensuring they meet technical specifications, and overseeing the workforce to ensure tasks are carried out according to required standards.

Commercial building

A commercial building with an area of 2800 m² consisting of two basement floors (car parking), two floors for restaurants and an annex, with spacing between columns reaching up to 9 meters. The roof is planted with two towers carrying three floors.It was designed with two structural systems:
1. Flat slab slabs with fallen bridges, with a depth of 1.50 × 1.00 meters. 2. Two-way hollow core slabs with an area reaching 66 m².

Residential building

A residential building consisting of a basement, three floors, and a spacious annex, situated on a sloped terrain with a level difference of up to 3 meters. This elevation change required the addition of a staircase to connect the different levels seamlessly under the same roof.

Service staircas

A service staircase consisting of a cool concrete roof and a central concrete wall, supported by fully transparent glass walls, making the roof appear as if it is floating in the air.
